You might look fine on the outside, yet lie awake at night replaying conversations or decisions you haven't quite made. Inside, things feel unsettled, stretched or unclear.

At AJ Reset & Rise, I work with individuals, leaders, teams and organisations who want to move forward with greater clarity, confidence and purpose. My approach is holistic, practical and grounded. Together, we'll focus on what's happening now, what has been weighing on you, and what will genuinely help you move forward.

I live in Nelson, New Zealand, and work with clients online across New Zealand and internationally. I've supported people from New Zealand, India, Tonga, Samoa, Germany, the United States, the Maldives and Australia, ranging in age from nine to eighty-two. This breadth of experience has shaped a culturally aware, grounded approach that helps me support people navigating change, cultural transitions and meaningful life moments.

Individual coaching sessions are delivered online, allowing you to access support wherever you are. In person experiences are offered through retreats and tailored group programmes designed around the needs of each group or organisation.
