What this day is about

This is not about escaping stress for a few hours.

Burnout Recovery: A Quiet, Guided Retreat

A Day of Deep Rest and Restoration

A quieter, slower-paced day retreat focused on recovery, nervous system regulation, and restoring your energy in a way that actually lasts

What this day is about

This is not a typical retreat filled with activities or constant talking.

It is a structured quiet day designed to help your system slow down properly.

If you feel tired even after resting, it is often because your body has not fully come out of stress mode. This day gives you the space and guidance to reset that, without pressure or expectation.

What you’ll experience

  • Stepping out of constant stimulation and slowing everything down

  • Time for quiet reflection, reading, or simply being

  • Gentle, guided practices to support recovery

  • Understanding how to restore energy without pushing through

  • A calm, structured environment where you do not need to perform or keep up

What’s included

  • Nourishing vegetarian lunch and refreshments

  • A practical workbook to take home

  • A post retreat one on one check in to support your progress

Why come

Because resting alone has not been enough.

You might be taking breaks, sleeping more, or slowing down at times, but still feeling tired, wired, or drained.

This is a different kind of reset. One that helps your system actually recover, not just pause.

Who this is for

People who feel constantly tired, mentally drained, or close to burnout, even when they are trying to rest.
